dovelight wellbeing is a vibrant holistic space offering counselling and a variety of wonderful therapies to support you, empower you and help you make positive change in your life. dovelight values you, your uniqueness, your humanity.
At dovelight, we support you in the three pillars of your whole health; your physical health, your emotional health and your spiritual health.
A visit to dovelight will be an experience – different each time and, on leaving, with a sense of change, however small or great and the feeling of being cared for and valued.

dovelight takes you to a place of calm where you can take the time out of your busy life to reflect on yourself and your struggles. I had never been to counselling before and did not know if it was for me, but from my first session with Morag I felt listened to and understood. It was nice to speak openly to someone who was able to see things from my point of view, without judgement. Morag has helped me to understand my emotions so that I can navigate my life in a calmer and more positive way.
