Helping to clear suppressed negative emotions in the body, breathwork helps us live our lives with more freedom and ease. Our breath affects the function of every cell in our bodies and when we restrict our breath, we restrict how we live. The good news is if we learn to breathe fully, we allow our lives to fully open and free our true selves..

It’s safe and easy to learn- in a session you can expect to connect to an intention and experience movement, sound and laughter.
