The same is true the other way. When we are happy, care free and stress free our gut is healthier and can support the rest of your body better.

Personalised Functional Herbal and Nutritional Therapy offerspatient-centred care promoting health as a positive vitality, beyond just the absence of disease. There is a complex web of interactions in the our medical history, our genetics, our physiology, and our lifestyle that can lead to illness. With Personalised Functional Herbal and Nutritional Therapy, the unique genetic makeup of eachperson is considered, along with both internal (mind, body and spirit) and external (physical and social environment) factors that affect total functioning. If any functional tests are required to identify some of these factors these can be provided as well.

The initial consultation can take up 90 minutes during which time client’s symptoms, family history, medical history, dietary and lifestyle choices, mood and stressors as well as environmental stressors will be discussed. A follow-up consultation in 2 to 3 weeks is recommended to review client's progress and adjust the therapy as required. Follow-up consultation may take up to 50 minutes. The length of treatment varies according to the problem. Dramatic improvement may be seen within two weeks of starting treatment whilst chronic conditions often take much longer.
